We set out to cross the Atlantic. The first destination is Cape Verde. We anchored in the bay in front of the harbor last night. We still needed to work for a long time in the evening to get the boat ready to cross. We left this morning. We wanted to go early, but we had to go back to the port for a little while before leaving.
Now we are sailing on the south of the island of Grand Canaria. We are motoring as there is very little wind. The forecast says we will have some wind in the days to come and we estimate our arrival to Cape Verde will be in around 7 days.
